Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

We’re as keen as you are to get your order shipped as soon as possible. That’s why we process and dispatch your parcel within two business days of you placing your order.

Shipping is included in the price if you ship with Australia Post’s standard delivery service (not including tracking). Most deliveries within Australia will be at your doorstep within five working days, although please allow up to seven business days.

Please keep in mind that once your parcel leaves our office we have no control over delivery times.

Express postage

Really can’t wait? If you need your order within a couple of days you can select express post at checkout. We prioritise all express orders and your item should arrive the next day (or two days if you’re not in the guaranteed next day delivery zone).

Sorry, unfortunately we can’t take special requests such as leaving the parcel somewhere. While we can add a message to the parcel,  it’s at the discretion of the delivery person.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us.

International orders

Bearing in mind that Australia is quite far away from the rest of civilization, international postage can take a while to arrive at its destination.
Postage is set at cost price and DOES NOT include tracking. If you’re an international customer and want your order tracked, please contact us for a quote.

A rough guide to international delivery times (in business days):

8-10 days 50%
10-14 days 25%
14-18 days 15%
18-24 days 7.1%
26-30 days 2.9%

Return policy

Whilst we custom print every garment fresh to order, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen.

Wrong size?

While we ask you to check the sizing charts carefully before you order, we do allow returns and exchanges.
Any exchanges of sizes must be accompanied by a return self-addressed and postage paid satchel. Naturally, the garment MUST be returned in its original condition within thirty days of your order being shipped though, or sixty days if you’re an international customer.

Something else the matter?

If we’ve made a mistake or the shirt is damaged in any way, please let us know.

You’ll be able to exchange your product for either the same item or an item of equal or lesser value. We’ll also let you know when your return is received and processed.

We obviously won’t expect you to pay for either return postage or product.
