What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Is my credit card information secure?

Your credit card payments are processed through either PayPal or through eWAY, both secure gateways. We never store your credit card information.

Who can sell?

Threadheads is and will always be an inclusive store. That means that we’re striving to let as many designers as possible express themselves and showcase their art here.

Our approval process is designed for us to filter out any material or designs that would be considered offensive. Naturally, we will not accept any designs that feature slander, vilifying or ridiculing of any race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or any individual or group. If that’s what floats your boat, then Threadheads just ain’t for you.

Once your design is approved for sale you’ll receive an email letting you know that it’s live and ready for you to share and promote amongst your community.

How do sellers get paid?

As Threadheads wouldn’t be anything without our designers, we work on the basis that when we get paid, you get paid.

Our automated system will ensure that every time your designs sell, your commission goes automatically through to your PayPal account.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

Yes, you can cancel an order as long as it has not been posted. Contact us to find out the status of your order.

What’s your shipping rate?

Shipping is free within Australia with standard Australia Post.

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you choose Express delivery. If not, we use standard Australia Post delivery, which does not include tracking.

What is your return policy?

It’s important for us that our products meet your expectations. If you're not happy with your order, we’re happy for you to exchange or return it. Read more about our Shipping and Return Policy.

When will my order ship?

We will process and dispatch your parcel within two business days of you placing your order.

Where is my order confirmation?

Can’t find it in your email? Check spam folders and junk mail. If it’s still lost, contact us and we’ll send you a new one.
